Service Area
French Valley, CA Electrician, Next Door to Temecula and Murrieta
French Valley is the unincorporated pocket north of Temecula and east of Murrieta, wrapped around the small airport, and nearly all of it is new. Big stucco houses on wide lots, three and four car garages, a tandem bay that was always going to become a shop. The panels are modern, which means the work is adding to them rather than replacing them.
EV chargers are the daily call. A 50 or 60 amp dedicated circuit to the garage wall, conduit run clean, the breaker labeled, and a load calculation first so the panel actually has the headroom. Right behind that: a subpanel for the garage workshop, a 240 volt outlet for the air compressor, a circuit for the pool equipment, and LED shop lighting in place of the two bare bulbs the builder left.
The lots back onto open country and the evenings are long, so outdoor lighting gets used: path and step lights, uplit trees, lighting under the patio cover, all on low voltage with a transformer sized for what gets added later. Wine Country is a short drive down the hill and the same landscape lighting work applies on those properties. Riverside County issues the permits here, and Eloy takes care of that.
